Giby Technologies Private Limited is committed to ensuring that the EduEagle Platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. The Company believes that educational administration technology should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability.

1. The Company's Commitment

The Company is actively working to improve the accessibility of the EduEagle Platform in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a benchmark, and in compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act) where applicable.

2. Current Accessibility Features

• Semantic HTML structure using Next.js App Router and React 19
• Keyboard-navigable interface — core workflows can be completed without a mouse
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios across the primary UI palette (navy, orange, white)
• Responsive layout via TailwindCSS v4 — fully functional on screen sizes from mobile to desktop
• Text alternatives for icon-only elements using aria-label attributes
• Form inputs paired with labels for screen reader compatibility
• Lucide React icon library used — icons are supplementary to text, not replacements

3. Known Limitations

While the Company strives for full accessibility, some areas of the Platform are still being improved:

• Complex data tables (timetable view, exam result grids) are partially optimised for screen readers — the Company is working to improve ARIA table roles
• File upload interfaces may require additional keyboard navigation improvements
• PDF-rendered documents (result cards, receipts) may not be fully screen-reader accessible — text-based alternatives are available on request

The Company is committed to resolving known issues in a systematic manner. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please report it.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Platform is tested for compatibility with:

• NVDA + Chrome (Windows)
• VoiceOver + Safari (macOS and iOS)
